Q QuickReserve

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

QuickReserve ("we", "our", "the service") provides online appointment booking software for service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle data accessed through Google APIs.

Information we collect

How we use Google Calendar data

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When a business connects it, we request the following Google API scopes and use them only as described:

Limited Use. QuickReserve's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the calendar-sync features above. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share Google Calendar data with third parties. Booking data is shared only between the customer and the business they booked with.

Data retention and removal

We retain calendar access tokens only while a business keeps Google Calendar connected. A business can disconnect at any time from its account settings, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens. Businesses may request deletion of their account data by contacting us.

Security

Access tokens and account data are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to what is required to operate the service.
